Keep a school timetable easy to check at home or on the go with a personalised timetable made from your child’s own school schedule.

Choose a pocket-size aluminium timetable card, a fridge magnet, or a matching card + magnet set. Each timetable is created from the clear timetable image you upload.

Design options

Your timetable can be made in either of these styles:

  • Colour coded - lessons are shown in a clear colour-coded layout.
  • Plain white with selected subjects highlighted - the timetable stays clean and mostly white, with the subjects you choose highlighted for easy reference.

Please state your preferred style in the personalisation box. If choosing the plain version with highlights, please also tell me which subject(s) you would like highlighted.

Sizes & formats

  • Pocket aluminium card: approx. 3 x 2 inches.
  • Fridge magnet: approx. 4 x 6 inches.

For a 2-week timetable, the pocket card is printed double sided with one week on each side. A 2-week magnet order includes 2 separate magnets, one for each week.

What I need from you

Please upload a clear, readable image of the full timetable. The timetable I create will be based on the information visible in your uploaded image, so please make sure all lessons, rooms and days can be read clearly.

Use the personalisation box to include any extra information you would like added that may not be shown clearly on the timetable, for example:

  • Student name
  • Form or tutor group
  • Form/tutor time
  • Period times
  • Any other timetable information you want included

If you do not want extra information added, the timetable will be created using the information supplied in your uploaded timetable image.

Please double-check that you have selected the correct 1-week or 2-week option before ordering.
